So far So good......

I am going to a gym, and  my goals are to loose 250 lbs in a year. See the problem is the year is almost half over, I've been going to the gym almost every day. I have lost some weight just not how much I want.
I go to One 80 gym in D'Iberville. Have been since January 1st of 2017. (it was my christmas present from my wife I LOVE YOU HONEY). As I said my goal is to loose 250 lbs so I feel better about me. I really just need to loose 100lbs for my knee and other surgeries.
I was doing a set routine back in the early days and felt awsome. Now I'm trying to follow a set routine by actual body builders and personal trainers. Not so awesome anymore.
Feels like more of a chore now.
